Our Story
Pretty Good Services is Arian — one person, owner-operated, doing every job himself. He started the business in 2020 after years of working in home services and watching homeowners get burned by contractors who sent whoever was available, surprised them with costs, and disappeared when something needed to be fixed. Arian started Pretty Good Services to do things differently: show up when he says he will, charge a fair price, and do the work right.
Based in the northeast Atlanta suburbs, Arian focuses on the neighborhoods and communities he knows — Lawrenceville, Lilburn, Snellville, Tucker, Suwanee, Stone Mountain, Grayson, and the surrounding area. Being local means understanding the housing stock, the climate, and the specific challenges these homes face with Georgia's rainfall and tree coverage.
